Are We Not Important Enough Have Our E-Mail's Answered"?

Hi All,

I was just curious,do these large companies even care about the little people at all?
I find that whenever I E-Mail a big company such as "Sony","Capcom",or "NBA.com" I never receive a reply.Don't get me wrong,I know how huge these companies are and how many E-Mails they receive in a day.

Somehow part of me thinks they just scrap any E-Mails they receive from anyone with far less influence or financial status.Am I wrong?
 
The only e-mail I sent to a major gaming corporation was to Nintendo regarding a question about Brawl, and they answered very quickly. So, give them a break. It looks like they're trying, at least.
 
well kaz if you have a question about something important they might possibly answer maybe

but if its hate they delete it immidetly

Hi People,

Did you see what happened here?This is what I was talking about some time ago.The computer and the internet lack emotional content.If I was sitting right in front of you and said "Are We Not Important Enough To Have Our E-Mail's Answered",by the expression on my face you would see that I wasn't flippin' out with anger,I was just being sarcastic.

You are absolutely right in every way fhqwhgads.I was in a bad mood and I misinterpreted your guy's posts.I have to stop staying up all night playing"GTA:San Andreas" it's turning me into a zombie.My apologies,I just took it the wrong way.PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!! :lol :lol :lol ::D ::D
 
I never found it logical to email large scale companies. Rather I find it more interesting to get on the phone and call their customer service and always proceed to skipping to speaking with a representative, it is always ,more successful for me to get straight to a person in the department that I was wanting to speak in.
 
lol, you get foreigners on the phone, once again, just advancing straight through the menus, expressing dying concern can get you straight to the people you need.

It's a fact that most customer support people are from foreign countries, as it's cheaper to wire your call through to them then pay someone from here.

You got that straight,All they care about is the cash,not some kid who forked over all his allowance on a defective game.While I'm at it,Pharmaceutical companies aren't your friends either,They don't care about little Johnnie who is suffering from ADHD,who cares if "Ritalin" turns him into a pale,drooling young kid.But hey at least the company made a profit,and he can sort of focus in class,believe me I know,I was on the crap when I was in elementary school.

Well, if the companies can't keep the cost of their upkeep down, they have one of two options. They can either go bankrupt, or raise the price of whatever they sell. Given those options, I'm happy they do whatever possible to keep operating costs down.
