Are you Having Trouble Finding Some Strategy Guides Lately? Or Is It Just Me?

I'm having kind of a hard time finding some strategy guides like the one for "SOTLH" among others.EB Games usually has lots of different kinds.Not so much lately.Maybe due to the net,strategy guides might be on the way out like I mentioned in an older post.Hmmmm....

Hi Grindspine!

I use the web for cheats and stuff,but I can't seem to find decent maps which some sites.That's where a guide is good I guess. :)
 
"Gamer Instincts" Vs. Strategy Guides

Quite often,my instincts provide better strategy than the guides.I've beaten bosses in a better manner than what you might see in a guide.I find myself having a more effective way of killing a boss as opposed to the guide's way of doing things.

Are any of you like this?

I write my own strategy guides and put them in my instruction manual. ;)

GameFAQs sometimes has maps. Not always, but for some games.

a lot of people find there info on the internet now, me personally I don't like using strategy guides, but I remember when sierra used to have guides that came with a pen to use in the book for the hint box, you would just use it to reveal a clue or you just could go to the last box and get the answer. I wish they would do that again or maybe a online one. ::D

Do you have book stores where you live?

They usually carry strategy guides. Because they're basically books. At the book stores where I live, the game strategy guides are usually near the fantasy section or the manga.
