Best Street Fighter II?

Go time mother humpers!
Hey everyone, just wondering what you all think is the best Street Fighter II?

I recently got Street Fighter Collection and I love playing Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Saturn has the best controller for fighting games, well 2D ones anyway. :D
Only problem is the sound is a little weird, like sometimes you won't hear the opponent say anything or make any sounds when getting damage. Also when Guile does a sonic boom it sounds like he's a chipmunk. :lol

Anyway which Street Fighter II would you guys recommend? :D

@Kaz, what is that pic suppose to be? Fix your link sir.

Now, my favorite Street Fighter II Arcade and port personally, would have to be

Arcade:
Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting

Genesis:

Why the Genesis port? Simply because of the 6-button controller that was originally made by Sega and not Majesco. Plus, it was the first port to faithfully include the original Arcade intro with the two guys fighting in the street. PC Engine and Super NES did not sadly.

PS1/Saturn:
Street Fighter Collection Vol. 2 (PS1 USA) (aka Capcom Generations Vol. 5 in JPN PS1/Saturn) Having all three variations of the game on one disc was sweet enough. Ironically, this game was ported to PS2, PSP, and Xbox as part of the compliation disc: Capcom Classics Collection Vol. 1 and Capcom Classics Collection Remix

The Turbo Grafx 16 did have an awesome port for what was considered an 8-bit console. The first Street Fighter II that was on a protable, Turbo Express. I was there and I had it. :) Still do. :D

SF2 CE on PCE/TG16 was really good! Thanks to Virtual Console, I can finally experience this one :)
