Best/Worst Final Fantasy Mini Game

Out of the many FF games, some of them have super cool hardcore mini games. Some of them are kind of lame. Now, I know the early ones didn't have much to their disposal, so hidden minigames that were basically just a game of Memory was probably really exciting back than. Than again, it's still rather lame.

I hated Blitzball, with a passion. Almost as much as I hate asparagus, but that's a different topic all together. I didn't understand it in FFX or FFX-2. It made me scream in frustration so I just ended up giving up.

Now Sphere Break from FFX-2, that was the best! I LOVED it, which is odd because I LOATHE math! I got really good at it, too. With the Count Echoes and stuff. I didn't like the time limit so well, I don't react well under pressure. So that brings me to the best minigame in all of FF history, in my opinion.
TRIPLE TRIAD.
I don't think there are enough word's to describe the addictive force of wanting, nay, NEEDING all the super special GF/Character cards. It was fun getting them too. It was easy to understand, and rather simple to play. Plus their was easy access to it. Just press square to pretty much anyone and you could play. sure it would get easier to win once you got a pretty good hand you liked. Mine is Diablos, Sacred, Minotaur, Fuijin&Raijin, Wedge&Biggs, and Zell right now, I can cream pretty much anyone, hardcore! But yes, for me, triple Triad is the winner.
 
I thought the card game in FFIX (Tetra Elemental) was better than Triple Triad.

For me though the best was either the battle arena in FFVII or Blitzball. Both very addicting and easily make you lose track of what you're supposed to be doing.
 
Blitzball is OK

The card game in IX was AWESOME!!! I spent dozens of hours on that game just finding cards to play with and to complete my collection. It was so addicting. You know what I'm gonna go start a new game right now.... :)
 
I remember i had em all but i lost one that you get from a boss fight and i couldn't get it back
 
I like Blitzball, but only the FFX version, not the FFX-2 version. I also didn't like Sphere Break, but mostly because I am not a big fan of math.

I loved that card game. I actually won that tournament the first time I played it without much practice and without losing. I guess you could say I picked it up pretty quick. That was the best. :D As far as getting all the cards, did you get all the different variations of the cards? You could, for example, get a couple of goblin cards but still not have every different variation of it. :D

Sure if you get one of each that's cool, but not quite a complete collection, not without all the variations available. ;)
 
I beat that game like 5 years ago and if i did that then i would still be playing :lol
 
Best- Battle arena FFVII  :D
Worst- Blitz Ball in FFX and Chocobo Racing in FVII  :hh

I just got done playing the snowboarding mini-game from FFVII.(I play the crap out of this game.) I actually had alot of fun with it. Is that sad? Also, anyone know of the FFXII mini-games are?
