Can they control it?

What's up guys?(And ladies),

I'm curious.I know on TV they can censor coarse language..well some stations that show "The Sopranos" don't.God,if they bleeped out the foul language in that show you'd never hear a full sentence for the entire hour!Anyway, some material is so graphic that they don't air it all.So why is it that these "Extreme" sites for example get away with it.

Is it a special law that allows this,or is it just a matter of not being able to control this kind of material?

Thank you.

The evil neo-fascist organization known as the FCC censors language from public radio and television, but is limited on what it can control on paid channels. If you pay for a radio or TV channel, that means it becomes private, and government organizations cannot censor private shows. They can limit the accessability of these channels, but not content.
