Fallout 4: Resource Wars?

Does anyone believe that Fallout 4 may be based on the Resource Wars between 2052 and 2077 in collaping Europe. It'll be a FPS. It'll have Episodes like Half-life 2. The primary installment will be the EU, the second and third installment (stand alone expansions) will be the US take over Canada and defending Alaska against Chinese troops, etc.
