From the moment you started playing, to the last moment you spend playing it (your own death), this game delivered on all of its lofty promises, and then some. The winner of this award will undeniably be a work of art, a must-have experience, a testament to the potential of the medium, and like a fine wine will only become more flavorful as it ages.

This one is a no brainer. MGS4 is amazing in almost everything it does. With it being the final chapter in the Solid series MGS4 is a great ending to an amazing story.

Maybe it isn't entirely fair that I am voting here considering I don't have a PS2, but I want Fallout 3 to win Goty in something. :lol

I voted MGS4 even though I have not played it. I loved the others in the series and from what I've heard/read, this game defines the meaning of epic.

Yeah I had to give the nod to MGS4. It was just too much of a landmark title. It is inconceivable that someone who owns a PS3 would not also own this game.
