The game will feature a one-player career mode, co-op play over wireless, and a two-player battle mode called Guitar Duel. The battles will see the two players strum it out in more than just the rhythm stakes. Activision explains, "For example, players must blow into the microphone to extinguish a pyrotechnics effects gone wrong, or use the touch screen to autograph a crazed fan's shirt in the middle of their set."

Well I think this is what we normally call "Selling Out", when you have to use your stylus to write your name on a T-shirt of a crazed fan (I hope to God, it's a chick..otherwise, this will be ONE Akward game)

Activision announced Guitar Hero On Tour for Nintendo DS, the portable version of the popular rhythm music game. The game will come with a Guitar Grip peripheral which attaches to Slot-2, which has four fret buttons and a Guitar Hero pick-stylus that can be used to strum along the song. The game will have a career mode, co-op play over Wi-Fi and Guitar Duel mode.

There would be no way to incorporate it though. Have you seen it? You wouldn't be able to hold the DS and shift your hand at the same time.. Yes it will be easy, but it's a DS game and it looks to be a good one at that.
 
More, probably. Music licensing, making the peripheral, probably at least $50.
