My friends and i used to set up big halo parties with Halo 1 before 2 ever came out....we would have 3 or 4 xboxs in a house.....it was actually pretty fun....but when halo 2 came out we never really system linked anymore because of xbox live, and i do think halo 2 has better multiplayer (except for modders, bridgers, super-jumpers,noob-combo-ers,and stand-byers)
 
Halo 2 definitely, my friends and I got together to play some Halo 2, and we ended up playing Halo 1 and it sucked, it just couldn't compared to Halo 2
 
Not really. And because headshots were more or less taken out of Halo 2, any gun similar to the pistol of Halo 1 was not nearly as effective as it was in Halo 1.

Which, in my opinion, was a good thing. :D
 
I like halo2 better because you can play as the covent and you have better guns. But mostly I like this game better because you can drive the wraith and be a elite on multiplayer.
 
I think halo 1 was a better multiplayer. ONLY because i never played on xbox live and the levels in halo 2 are way to big from 2-4 players in my opinion. Plus the guns in halo 1 make it harder and funner. It's like a race to get the pistol or shotgun.
 
I would definately have to say that halo #1 was better in both single and multi-player. The only problem is that it can't go on xbox live so thats a downside. I love the weapons and maps in #1 so much. Also, halo 3's out soon. What's your guys' impressions on that?
