How Do I Make Small Images From Certain Sites Bigger Without Them Being Blurry?

This question is a little embarrassing,I should know this already.

What do I have to do to make images from small online pics to the size of a standard size piece of paper,without it coming out blurry or pixilated?

There's really no way to do that. If a picture has low resolution, it will pixelate when you blow it up no matter what. The best way to prevent it is to look for pictures that have a high resolution to start with.
 
There IS a way! Paint.Net. If you don't wanna resize or download it, I'll do it for you if you tell me the size you want it to be.
