If They Added $10 To the Average Price For New Titles Would You Still Buy Them?

I'd have to say no.I have a hard enough time shelling out money for a $59.00 title, unless I really wanted it.

I wouldn't even pay more than $50 for a game unless there's some bonus stuff that absolutely had to have. As a gamer I hate to even say this, but, it is just a game, and $59 is a lot of money! That's a weeks worth of groceries, gas, etc,...

Well, considering I kept paying when it jumped from $50 to $60, I probably would. But I would purchase much more carefully.

I remember back when $55 would get you the special edition of a game... good times.

Remember the old days Spartan? When "FF VII" cost $79.99! I'm not sure if the Greatest Hits thing was around at the time.Even further back to the days of the SNES."FF III" cost me $60! Thank God for the Greatest Hits Concept! :lol

I have before, but I don't know if I would again.

Games have to be great for me to pay $60 for them, and even then most times I wait for a used copy or for the price to drop as used copies rarely go for substantially less.

i really don't know.... through my entire life games have been expensive, and it was not until i moved here to America that i was able to get more than just 1 game every 6 months

Haha yea I was kinda wondering about that $79 thing! I think some N64 games used to be $70, but back then I bought maybe 2-3 games a year so it was not too bad.

No, plain and simple. I don't buy new games as it is. The cost is just way too high. I just wait until they come down in price as I don't really care about the online aspects of the games.
