Nintendo sues Nyko for wireless nunchuk

Good, I think it's a stupid idea. I've never had a problem with the nunchuck cord, plus my arms can't really get that far apart....

That's not what the problem is. The problem is that it looks too much like a product that Nintendo actually made, and someone might buy it, thinking it's made by Nintendo, when it isn't. You'd be surprised how un-informed some consumers are.

That, and you can't just let an infringment slide. You have to defend it. You can't say "Oh well, it's okay for YOU to break the law".
