ps3 and 360 download times

this isnt so much a problem as a question. Why does my xbox download things a lot faster than my ps3? they are bothed hooked up to a router on the same line and the 360 blows it away. i was thinking it would be the other way around..

So when you say same line, do you mean they both get hooked up to the same ethernet cable?

well theres a cable from my modem to my router and the systems are both plugged into the router

okay, gotcha now. So how are they hooked up? Ethernet cable? Wireless?

I would try switching the cables as well as the ports they're plugged into. You could have a bad cable or port.

well before i had the router i would use the same cable in the same port and they were the same as they are now
