Rumors point to Microsoft releasing a trimmed down version of the Xbox 360 sometime later this year, and if Wedbush Morgan's Michael Pachter is to be believed, the slimline 360 will be bundled with Project Natal and a 250 GB hard drive -- all for around $299.
