Searching for level editors

Hello everyone. I'm very fond of games with level editors (ex. RPG Maker, Timesplitters) However, I know there a lot of other games out there with level editors that I don't know about. Can anyone name any games, whether classic or modern, that have level editors? Thanks.

Edit: I'm looking for console games, not PC games.
 
I don't know any, but if you go to prgdreamer.com, they might have some. Hope that doesn't count as advertising-just trying to help out. If it is advertising, I'm sorry :'( -I don't have any affiliation to the site, except being a fan.
 
I know V-rally had a good editor. Perfect for making a track perfect for your dificulty level. Its on ps1. Yeh, it might be hard to get.
