My dad left it on my desk when i got home from work...it was the least likey game I'd expect...

Yu Gi Oh Forbidden Memories for PSX....

Okay...so it didnt have the booklet...I cant stand the lil blonde-pokemon looking thing....yet it was the thought that counted from my father to get this for me,

Now for the fun part...what the heck am I suppose to do? I'm playing the game just to see if it works...and good lord is this what the kids play these days? Man this is hard!

Does anyone understand how this game works? I'm too embrassed to even talk about it...I mean it's KONAMI for godsakes...you'd think it would rock..but I'm shocked Konami would cash into a market like that...

its that hard, eh?

Why WOULDN'T Konami cash into it? :lol I mean... the rest of their games aren't selling well.... why not do that.

I hate to admit it... but I like the pokemon series a bit.. it can be a little addictive... even though its a kids game.

Not sure about Yu-Gi-Oh though.

I had that game Mega. It was frustrating for me. The elements are weird. I had a monster with an attack of 2200 and it lost when I attacked a monster that had 300 attack. I dont know, I didnt really get into it.
 
yu-gi-oh= evil
pokemon= meh, not that bad
I'm glad this thing is phasing out somewhat, it was becoming an obesession to ADULTS even :o
 
Ares, yeah this game is vicious...I'm sitting there...I put out a 700...600....and this jerk throws out 3 cards.. they combine....equals...2700 HP...and Im like "Oh no...oh no...please no..." and instantly they strike out one of my cards...and I get the access damage....
 
Maybe you have to watch the show to understand it?

And Blue, Konami don't do too badly for sales. Their Metal Gear Solid, Pro Evolution Soccer and Silent Hill franchises still rise in sales.
 
No it doesnt really have anything to do with the show. Every card has an elemental (If I remember correctly) so attack skill doesnt always win. It is also very difficult to get good cards in the game. I got pretty far into it but the one boss was unstoppable with the deck I had. ;)

Is it possible for you to sell it at your local pawn shop at a higher price? You know make a profit. :lol
 
Sounds like a game I'd enjoy. I normally get into complex games like that. Does BV sell that game for $3??? :D


@Bman. Do you like pawn shops?? Or is that the term used for places like used book stores and whatnot??
 
Hey man, just play it and beat it. Then you will have an excuse to not play anymore. But seriously, he went out of his way to get it for you, you could at least repay him and play it. My parents never buy me games, excluding my birthday, Christmas, and special occasions.
 
Of course I do....but beat the game? seriously, you got to try this game man...it's evil...the CPU is cheap

Like I said before, I got pretty far but the third or second last boss was unbeatable IMO.
