Suggestions for Nintendo in 2009

Ok, not that anyone from Nintendo actually comes here (or maybe they do...who knows), but what are some things you would suggest that would give the Wii a chance to keep its current success going?

My main suggestion:

The shovelware has to go. Seriously. :shame

Also, where are my hardcore games?

Finally, the same as last year:
HARD DRIVE. This one really should be a no-brainer. I have friends who are already out of space because of Virtual Console games. 512 MB after a while is just not going to cut it.

If they added a hard drive it would also allow them to do other things that take up memory, such as releasing demos and trailers. IMO they should really take a page from MS's book on that. I'd love to be able to download Wii demos and trailers.

A more structured online experience that does not require Friend codes. They can make it so that parents can control what level of online access children can have. While us adults can control what level we want.

How about games that don't have confusing Wii Control setups??

Yes! Shovelware is ungodly! I was at Sam's Club today and I saw a MOUNTAIN of $15 games, each one more unbearable or never heard of! Who in the heck wants to buy a Crossword Puzzle game for Wii? NOT ME!

I agree! The "Storage Solution" was offered last October or November, but hopefully 2009 will answer that question!
