it says late 2009 though, there's always the possibility of delay but it can't be that much.

now this is interesting, i've never been a huge TMNT fan (did like to watch TMNT but not as much as other people) but the pedigree of this game is quite high (me being a hardcore brawl player and all) so i will ignore the setting and see if the gameplay might be worth the try
 
I match, and then exceed, everyone's enthusiasm for this game. Hal developers = fun fighting gameplay, Team Ninja developers = blood? boobs? Or at the very least, some kind of spectacle and excellent graphics, and TMNT = the best subject material to work with, ever.

Could be the best game of... whatever year it comes out in.
