Tough to say...
I might just throw a random one out there. Bu, from Dragonball: Z. and I say that mostly because that's the most resent Anime I watched... and because he's a big bad son a gun who tormented and killed thousands of innocents just because he could.
Though if one of my novels, Evil Rein, goes Anime, I'll vouch for Rein... why? because he's a evil, sadistic, diabloical 'demon' who sold his soul to become pretty much immortal, which in turn sold out his own beloved's soul, though he denies it, and selfishly controled and killed anything that came before him, even those under his command if he thought it necessary... and he just NEVER dies... you kinda have to agree that that's just nasty.
