The Good, And Bad, Of PS2 Games

Resident Evil Code Veronica X

Good: Makes you get scared, great FMV graphics

Bad: Sometimes confusing, (Begging for a walkthrough XD), overdramatic
Steve: FATHER!!!! NOOOOOOOO! XD

4.5/5

Great game but the diffculty will make you think twice.

And like I said, the rest of it is godawful and the bosses don't make up for it.

Just like PiT.

Dark Cloud 2:

Good: Amazing building mode, stuning characters, optional choices

Bad: Over Priced items and nearly impossible to earn money, story kept changing until you didnt know what the crap you are doing, used too many things from Dark Cloud 1, when in reality it had nothing to do at all with the first one.

Wow...Somebody on this forum other than me has actually played DC2....Congrat's on playing a sweet game :D Btw, I don't remember money being hard to come by, but it's been a while since I've played it.

Actually, in Shadow of the Colossus, i thought it was fun to just explore the world. Its amazing it you just take time to check it out instead of just following the light on your sword.

Well, near the end of the game, stuff gets REALLY expensive and the only way to get large amounts is to fight certain monsters in the dungeons.... And they break weapons easy....

Hey, did you ever play that "extra" dungeon after the end of the game? It had lots of valuable treasure.

The mines? Yeah. And the boss at the end was
The Dark Genie from Dark Cloud . Like I said, too many things from DC1.

Yeah, that was kind of funny and weird. I guess I didn't mind the stuff that was carried over from DC1. It was mostly enemies and weapons and lots of RPG series do that.

I wouldnt have minded so much as if the 2 were in correspondence to each other. Like, In DC1, which takes place long before DC2, Osmond was in it.... But on DC2, Osmond is in the future. Toan isnt even mentioned. Its shouldnt even be named Dark Cloud 2, it should have a different name because its hardly anything like the first.
