What Are Your Thoughts On The Level Of Customer Service From Companies That Make

Hi Everyone!

I thought I'd make this post to see what you guys think about the level of "Customer Service" from today's gaming companies,especially "On-Line" support.
First off,It would be nice to talk to a human as opposed to pushing ten million buttons for automated support.I guess the way to beat that is to not press any button from the get-go,but still,sometimes a wait.

I understand that these companies get an insane amount of "E-Mails" everyday for some of the dumbest things,but c'mon,I think they could do better.Just an opinion,take it or leave it.
