Do a search for Final Fantasy Boulevard of Broken Dreams. All of the FF amvs set to Green Day's Boulevard of Broken Dreams are all good (from what I've seen anyway).
Do a search for "superrusty" and watch his videos. He has a great Zelda one that mixes Wind Waker with OoT and it's set to Rush. He also has an amv for Twilight Princess set to Smashing Pumpkin's "tonight tonight." That one is good too. And if you are a fan of Hellsing, there's a video about Seras Victoria set to "Iris" by the GooGoo Dolls.
