This pretty much answers my question, Mai was right. Pokemon ain't dead, it's been living with Mai all this time!! CURSE YOU MAI! *Forms Team Rocket and steals her Pikachu*!!!

I don't even use a Pikachu. :lol

Silver is my favorite Pokemon game, but it was also my first Pokemon game, so I don't know much of that has to do with it.

It was my second personally (Counting Blue, Red, and Yellow as one game as I bought all of those, individually (wasn't too fiscally smart back then)), but it was still my favorite. I loved the original three a lot, but G/S just took it to another level for me.

what i loved about G/S is the level of nostalgia and all the new features (day and night) that made it way deeper than the first one. (nostalgia being looking at old cities and places again on kanto)

In GS I liked how you go through Johto, and then you have this whole other world in Kanto to enjoy as well. It was so cool having 16 gym leaders to beat. It felt like a really big game.

Kanto was horribly dumbed down in G/S/C. It was very...small and empty.

i do think there was some change there though it still had a very nostalgic feeling
