Crackdown didn't have superhero's... just biologically enhanced supercop kinda people... hmm... actually... I see the similarity. :lol
 
But they're "super cops"... just because they have "super" in their definaitoon, doesn't make them a "super hero", whose overall description is a different contrast to that of a Super Cop, because a Super Cop can be anyone who does whatever to achieve the Law.
