AH!!!! SHOOTER OVERLOAD!!!

Today, I was looking over my 360 collection, looking for something to play, and nothing really caught my attention. Then, I realised why: Out of 8 360 games, I only have two PGR 3, and Oblivion, that aren't either thrid, or first person shooters. After that, I realized I would probably have another three shooters in my collection, by the end of the holidays: CoD 4, The Orange Box, and Halo 3. I'm going through shooter overload here. I hope Microsoft starts sending more great non-shooter games out for the 360.

Until then, anyone know of any good platformers, or the like out for the 360???

i have 6 games and only 2 are shooters.

ones a platformer, ones oblivion, ones a skateboarding game, and ones a stealth action game

i admit, i'm getting the orange box and bioshock for christmas, but with excellent games like those, who's complaining?

I have three games and three are shooters. Halo series. I might not think Halo is the beast everyone else does, but I sure as hell won't pass up a chance to get all three at once.

I can't even think of a platformer on the 360. Weird, normally I could.

>_> I'll be content with the FREE demo I have in my hard drive. Waste of $15.

well, with the modest price of $15, i dont think LEGO Star Wars will dissapoint you :lol
No thanks, I'll pass on that one. :lol

I wouldn't consider it a full fleged platformer anyways. Its more action/adventure.

Well Banjo Kazooie 3 is coming eventually, but I can't think of anything on there now either.

'Banjo Kazooie 3: It's a Cash-in' or 'Banjo Kazooie 3: Look, we tried!'?

Few more things. Innovation =/= good. Not even talking about Nintendo. And a witch is pretty cliche.

Banjo Kazooie/Tooie contain my most precious N64 memories. To make fun of their sequel will only end your death. >:(

B) Wasn't judging, was asking a question.
A question that aimed to show that Rare was trying to cash in on a license and wouldn't make a quality game.

lol, Ironic much? I love Banjo Kazooie, but it owes a ton to Mario 64.

I wasn't making fun of anything. And Rare isn't perfect, it really isn't that hard to make a game by Rare and turn it into a cash in. I never said they were at all, I'm just sick of companies doing it.

Not equal to. It means innovation doesn't always mean good, in this case.

I'm not denying that, nor will I tell you that Rare hasn't been a little off since they were taken over by Microsoft, but I'm just gonna reiterate: We shouldn't assume anything yet, and I sure hope they don't just half-*** Banjo Kazooie 3 to make money. :'(
