Amazing what Sonic still does for the people (true story today at work)

So today was kind of slow, so I saw my co-worker (who rocks by all means) put Sonic 3 on the Sega CDX we have on one of the demo stations.

So, I watched a little bit of it for a good hour, so I after the person left. I picked up the controls and decided to just play.

Little did I realize that racing through the game and grabbing all 7 chaos emeralds in under an hour and a half would draw a crowd.

I had about 17 people just watching me go and actually finish the game. My co-workers were stunned and very impressed. I told them I was pretty old school, but I guess they needed visual proof. I didn't think nothing of it, since to me it was just playing the game.

Yet, to know people can rely on Sonic to brighten up their lives, brings a little peace to my life. :sonicrun:

I thought it was pretty cool to see people cheer me on.

That reminds me of this time I went to a party and these guys were playing Guitar Hero and I walked up to them and said something in the neighborhood of "What is this crazy contraption?" and acted as though I had never seen it before and I bet some guy $20 that I could get a better score then him and I wiped the floor with him. Im good at it but not great. But this guy was pretty bad and I got me an easy $20 and the spotlight for the rest of the night
