How Is Everyone?

I used to live for "Magic:The Gathering" years ago.It was around the same time when the "Ice Age" was in its genesis.My deck was a combo of "Ice Age" and 3rd stage "Revised".My favorite card off all time was the "Atog". :lol.

I almost got into a scrap during a multiplayer game.I played the "Jester's Cap"(Removes any 3 cards of your choice from an opponents deck.)on my friend Ty.His face went beet red. :lol

As I'm sure most of you that played the game know that in the "Booster Packs" they all guarantee 1 rare card if memory serves.I went to the local comic shop one time to buy a couple of Booster Packs.When I opened it up and checked to see what I got,I couldn't believe my eyes!There was a "Demonic Tutor",a "Shivan Dragon",and 2 "Force Of Natures"!

I thought it was a huge fluke,that maybe it was a factory mistake.When I opened my second pack,there was 2 "Serra Angels",1 "Lord Of The Pit",and 3 "Wheels Of Fortune"!Sure enough,word spread,and before you knew it,other customers went into the shop and bought all the rest of the packs.What an awesome rare occasion!Do any of you that played the game have a favorite card?

i recently bought Chandra's Deck and my favorite card right now is chandra Nalaar... though i am still a noob in this game
 
:lol I doubt you have a Black Lotus, that's the most sought after card and people pay thousands for it.

My cousin and I were going to start a Magic: The Gathering shop, but life got in the way with school stuff for him, and it's been put on hold indefinitely.
 
Oh crap...I need to tell my friend he needs to sell his then. :lol

I remember now that a friend of mine has this card. Though, I've never had it myself. Sometimes I collected a group of MTG cards not for their abilities, but for no reason. Like collecting all 6 legendary dragons in the...ah crap...one of the sets...was really fun for me.

I always wondered if the artifacts that you feed to the "Atog" to give him his +1 +1 was cumulative and permanent,was it?

My mind is fuzzy cause I'm tired, but yes. Dual lands you can only have 4 of an individual card.
