Are Some Games So Rare That You Can't Even Find Them On The Internet?

When ever I tell someone that I'm looking for an older game,they always say check the internet.

Do you know of any games so rare,that you can't even find them on the net?
 
Most games like that? Usually Japanese titles or rare NES games that appear once in a blue moon. Such as, "Flintstones 2: Surprise at Dino Peak by Taito"
 
I imagine that there are a few games that you won't find on the Internet, but I also imagine that they're pretty crappy.
 
I think most production games can be had if you look hard enough, but there is some weird home brew type games that you will probably never find because they belong to hard core collectors who have no intention of selling.
