Attention! GameStop are THROWING AWAY Genesis and N64 carts in the garbage!

Not surprised. My brother found my GBA SP and 32X with a few games in a dumpster, as well as a few games for it.

Today's society runs on the new and fresh. Nothing has a shelf life anymore. If you buy a PS3, and ask for PSX games, some people will look at you like you have two heads. Most kids these days can't identify a Genesis. I had to explain to a co-worker yesterday what the NES is because I told him that my son broke my light gun for my NES. Atari? Not even worth the conversation anymore.

GameStop does suck. I support local used book and game stores.

QFT.

I remember back in the day. Me and my brother would go through a couple of Genesises because I played too much of it and that I was 3 and didn't know how to take care of things.

That should be illegal or something. Man, I would take all the n64 games. Why don't they just have a big free box er something?

This is totally unforgivable!! How can they sleep at night?!
What else have they thrown away if the are so disrespectful?
The least they could have done is had buy one get 10 free day for those unwanted games!

Glad you saved those games "MegaDrive." You have a true love for games! A gamer at heart.

I didn't save those, another gentlemen did. Our local GS haven't carried classics since 2003

I went to my local used video game store and talked to the owner for a little while. and he said that he was searching around for used games and came across a gamestop that had put 2 bags full of sega and n64 games in the trash. i didn't believe him but then he showed me the bags. Their was a lot of duplicates and sports games but still shouldn't have been thrown away.

In Comedic response, one of my friends had this to say...

"I went dumpster diving tonight. Got poked with a few syringes and shot by a night watchman with a .357 magnum in the thigh but snagged 187 loose copies of madden 94!!!! HELL YEAH!!!"
