You forgot London 1969.

I think I like either San Andreas or Vice City best. Tough to decide, so I won't vote until I'm sure (which may never happen).
 
I think I will always like GTA3 the most simply for nostalgic reasons. I also really liked the environments of 3, it was alot more like my hometown Minneapolis, a kind of dark, gloomy, run down city. Vice city was deeper yes, had better music yes, better graphics yes, but I was left wanting more, like better misssions. Havn't played SA enough yet to make a choice for that one but I feel like I will like more than VC forsure.
 
GTA:SA is the best right now! I mean its simply more stuff to do in this game than all the others! The others were great and all, but GTA:SA is just the king of them all and its uncensored. :woot

Grrr...I lost my saved game file on GTA:SA and had to start all over again! >:(
 
I haven't played SA yet but out of all the other ones i have..including the london 196..some thing lol

I think 3 is the best =P i didn't like vice city

I hate Vice City, its just something about it that makes it stupid! I dont know if its the setting of the game or something else, but its not better than GTA3, IMO of course.
 
at the time of playing, i'd say i like SA, 3, VC. i never played single gta2, but the multi was cool. there's just so much random extra to do in SA which is why it tops 3. i like the skill level things
 
I also preferred GTA 3 to Vice City, but I think it's because I played so many hours of 3 that Vice City didn't seem as good because it was so simular in gameplay.
 
for me, it's not that VC is bad, it's just gta3 really brought me into it so much, but the additions in VC, wow, much needed, just the jumping out of the car did so much for me
 
My favorites is GTA:VC and GTA:SA, I absolutly LOVED Vice City i just loved the 80's setting, it was so cool and i just love that era. Always have and always will love the 80's it was just a better time.

GTA:SA is the better game of course with all the new stuff so that gets the vote but i had a complete ball on Vice city.
 
I think it'd be cool if patches were released for the PC version that would add most of the new stuff in SA into III and VC (bikes, jetpack, other guns, mod-shops, etc.)
 
You'd be crazy not to get PC version. If I had a strong PC i'd definately wait for that version. I remember playing the original GTA and GTA2 on the PC, and I can't explain why, but it was just a way better experience than playing on a tv.
 
ya i play both the Vice City in PS2 and On PC, pc was just totally fun. I actually did all the missions on pc version but on ps2 didn't do last couple missions.
 
I like the keyboard, and the ability to mod. Higher resolutions and almost no load times are great too, but hopefully I'll be getting a HDAdvance or something for PS2 (for only stuff that I own, pirating is stupid)
