Including a wide range of visual aspects, such as a unique artistic design and style that is appropriate for the content of the game, in addition to the game’s technical prowess in its presentation of that content, the game to receive this award must be very, very, pretty. Obtaining this award will require that the primary delight of experiencing this game is derived less from playing it, and more from seeing it.

i voted brawl because even though it doesn't have a interesting art style like no more heroes or okami, it has colorful and detailed graphics of almost everything, from the characters to even the background of the stages

No More Heroes gets the nod for this one. It offered a different pace when it came the graphical presentation. I would have voted Okami if it had not been that it is a port of the PS2 game.

No More Heroes. I just love how it reminds me of an edgy Japanese anime or something. :D It's more about the art style than the graphics.

Crystal Chronicles gets my pick. Square Enix has never taken a lazy pace when it comes to the production values of their games in the presentation department. Characters and items look clean, the gameplay looks clean and classy with that nice artwork, and overall, it looks better than just about any other Wii game.
