I wish avatars were set a little bigger than what they're now.. Like 150x150 at the most. I don't have anything that'll match my avatar atm so I'd probably change it to "Michael Myers" along with a matching sig. I like to be organized.

Your into HONDA? Thats a nice EK hatch you got going there, I'd change the rims tho. I got a '01 DC4-T (turbo Integra). I got pics online but I'm currently posting on my iPod Touch ATM. Looks like your into drifting too.. I wish I had a S13.

thx m8. They're just GSR fat5 rims. Painted chrome black. I also have gsr rear discs. And it's lowered. It's a nice car, but I wish it was faster. ( maybe Santa will bring me a k20a)
 
I found some pics I uploaded on TR (TampaRacing forums) awhile back:



Right now it doesn't have a front bumper due to some hit-n-run idiot! Who hits a parked car?! Anyways.. I haven't driven it for like 2wks now due to my clutch slipping, gotta get another clutch. I'm on 5psi for daily driving, very low boost I know.. but meh I still pull hard as hell. ;)

yeah powertrain is stock from the air cleaner to the muffler. its on stock shocks with eibach prokit coilovers. all ive done since i bought the car (December of last year) is put gas in it, some oil and thats it. ive autocrossed it a few times now and its GREAT!!! i absolutely love it. its better than the truck i used to drive, thats for freakin sure!!

my friend has a k20a+JRSC in his EM2 and he had me hooked on the k-series from day one.

Oh man.. you runnin' a SOHC non-VTEC must suck real bad! I remember those days though cause I used to own a 93' EG non-VTEC and I hated it to the fullest. I just beat on it 'till the engine blew :lol

Wow.. a supercharged K20a2! Is he running it on a stock block? How much is he running? Turbo > Supercharger. No offense though but I think K20 are better NA than boosted, the compression is way to high.

N/A = High compresion
Forced induction = Low compression

You had a DA! I love DAs! I like them over DCs for some apparent reason, I think its cause of the old school look it has besides it ran a B series.

autocross, cause its what i do.

K20A!!! not a K20a2. no type-s stuff here.....type r!!! it will go back to N/A and go in his hatch he has with stage 3 cams...he is currently running (with no aftercooler) 7-9psi depending on the day (atmosphere changes alot in a day here in texas). put down 277 on 5psi.

his new motor for the green car....hehehehe lets just say, if it doesnt put down 500hp and 400ft-lbs, we will be disappointed. :rockin

Well to each own.. I wouldn't mind tryin' that out myself but I wouldn't do it in my DC, I rather get a S13 and mess around with that.

Must've cost him an arm and a leg to get. Why does he have the K20A in a EM2 in the first place? I've never seen anyone mod a newer Civic like that.. its usually '90-'00 Civics.

What kind of Stage 3 cams? BC (Brian Crower)?

What are your plans to your car btw? I was plannin' on doin' LS/V but I heard to many stories of the motor not lasting that long and people down here are selling B16 & GSR heads with ridiculous prices so I might end up just building my LS.

LS/V is nice...but for a few more K, you can have a MUCH better setup....

a stock midly ported K20A2 motor will run a ls-vtec into the ground. a Fully ported B16 head flows about the same as a midly ported (and i mean MILD) K20A/A2 head.

he did the swap because he hydrolocked his motor in his 01 he had. he has over 50k into the car but probably 25 of that is original price and audio mods...motor/blower and tranny is 10k right now...

im not sure exactly which STG3 cams he is going with, but it will be a FAST car. he thought about going GT35R with his new motor, but turbo setups for the K-series are really few and far between compared to D/B series stuff (the way the engine is mounted is the main reason....big turbo setups REQUIRE the sidewinder manifold, a $3k piece in and of itself!!!)

i could go on and on for days about it, but ill just keep saying a little at a time!!

ANY OTHER CAR BUFFS!! dont just think I (we?) are HONDA FANBOIS only. i happen to have friends in ALL forms of vehicles and have a pretty extensive knowledge base. my one true love is actually anything GM!! feel free to post in this thread! if we get enough posts maybe...just maybe...a car sub-forum? (cars, new cars out on the market, top gear episodes, car-based-video games..etc?)

this is all going in his EM2...the EK is getting the K20A and STG 3 cams lol.

plans for the EK are nothing right now...hopefully getting a used SC300 here soon..

im thinking T61 for the SC300.....should be...hehehehe fun!

That EM2 will be the ultimate sleeper! I've never seen anyone mod a EM2 like that, didnt even think a K series would even fit in there car just looks totally different from previous models. I think he'd be better off going turbo rather than supercharged, you gotta love when the turbo spools up and hearing that BOV go off! Especially if he is running a HKS SSQV Oooo.. thats like sex to me. :lol

Ooo.. Lexus SC300 w/ T61 turbo?! Man.. are you trying to fly? The motor alone is a powerhouse and then throwing a big turbo on it is just being straight mean. Im glad you didnt mention a TT (twin turbo) setup cause 1 big turbo is better than 2 small turbos. But yeah I've seen folks round my way modding the SC300/400. 2JZ is a motor with easy power gains.

With the EK you plan on trying to go JDM, RSX-S or the K20/K24 setup? Going either way is gonna take awhile to achieve motor is super expensive! I got a buddy that has bone stock JDM B16A in a EF, car pulls hard as hell! He chirps in 2nd like crazy!

You know whats funny? I have a BIG exhaust leak from my head (gasket going bad) and my clutch is slipping and people still try to race me.. and I still walk them.
 
with my ek...im going to try to keep it as STOCK as possible.

most likely, if something happens, ill throw a k20A3 and transmission in there. double the power should wake this car up!!!

with the k-series out, i really and truly see no reason in going to the B-series...other than cost.

the biggest b-series is a B20...thats the SMALLEST K-series...

Well you could always put a stroker kit on it but then again that's pointless cause you could use that money towards a K or boost.

If you looking for torque then Honda ain't where it's at, mind wanna go domestic or bigger displacement.

I wish I had a S13, FWD gets boring.

i know m8. thats why im looking for a 99 or 2000 FRC corvette. (Dont have the extra $5-6k scratch for a ZOHMYGODITSFAST)

my first love was GM (i have a camaro poster hanging on my wall) i still love GM cars to this day (AND can bring the tech on them!!)

torque is relative too :-D 300ft lbs in a 1900lb car will get it MOOVIN!
