Ive played the demo and had much more fun with that than Halo 3. It is a great game.

The 360 version has no splitscreen options, which kind of sucks. One player per 360 = not cool if you don't have XBL.

Never having been a fan of the CoD series, I tried to put away my bias when I played this on a friend's computer. Fully maxed out, I was disappointed in the graphics. Not saying that Crysis spoiled me or anything, but I personally think that the CoD characters look like ugly wax models, and the environments aren't far off either. I also dislike the gameplay; there's nothing new since the first game in the series, and the game is still more linear than any book I have ever read. I think there's more invisible walls and scripted events in one CoD game than there are individual strands of hair on a chinchilla.
