Christmas lights!

Let's try something new this year. I'm not much into Christmas because of the commercialism that has flooded into this holiday, but I have always enjoyed lights.

Below is a link to a Christmas light video. A few years ago the same guy did the same thing, only this one is much better. Improved, if you will.

I'm gonna try to post up some lights from the historical district in Wake Forest. But I also want to see some stuff from your neighborhoods too.

Ah, I'm the opposite. I get more and more into Christmas every year. Can't blame commercialism for taking away your spirit.

That video, however, is awesome. There's a house like that around here. I'll try and get a video of it soon. You pull up to the house, and on the tree it says "turn to station 102.3 FM and enjoy"...and the lights go with the music all night long.

THE AUDIENCE IS NOW DEAF! :lol

Yet, yeah, we hooked up the tree last night

Turned out pretty well :)

and the outside lights as well.

We don't do outside lights either. But when we put the tree up later this week I will post it.

The tree was put up today at my house. I'm not a big fan of real trees, so we have a tree-in-a-box. It's a seven footer too. My wife decorates it in a Victorian style. I stay out of the decorating thing because she does a perfect job, and I'd just screw things up.

Hehe, same here. Our tree is only about 2-3 feet tall. It is just big enough to put some presents under.
