The demo finally finished and let me say WOW!!! I can't wait to get me a copy of this game ill try and go through the demo with as much detail as possible.
First off the menu looks really cool its like inside a stomach with all black fly’s in it. The menu has an "Introduction to Jericho" this tells you what the games about, explains every squad member's history and there specialty's it also tells you where you start off in the demo.
Theres 7 characters to play but in the demo only 3 are available. The first character i started playing was Black her weapon is a sniper with a chord attached to her nerves system. She is great with long ranged attacks but not so good with close range she uses her sniper as the close encounter weapon also the sniper has a scope filling in the 2ndary slot. Every character has 2 powers Black's is telekinesis (sorry about the spelling :-\) basically she moves stuff with her mind her 2nd ability is so awesome you know how in some games you shoot a rocket and you take control of it and guide it well thats what this is but instead of a rocket it's a sniper bullet cool thing is you can hit more than one target example is there were 3 creatures shooting at me from the top of the stair well so i used this ability and killed them all in one shot it goes all slow motion as well so you can hit them better.
Next character i played (had to switch to continue on) was Church...Church is fun to play she has a semi automatic pistol (i think) and a sword for her 2ndary weapon she also uses her fists and a knife from what i could tell. I guess she’s better with close encounters than long range because both her ability's are close encounter sort of one of her ability's is she cuts her hand (blood magic) now from what i could tell this ability makes a blood looking sphere that holds any creatures nearby so you can kill them with out them moving or attacking you back until the sphere goes away. The 2nd ability again she cuts her hand but this time it’s a fire sphere and sets fire to all creatures nearby (very handy believe me).
Delgado is the heavy weapons man of the team he has a 3 barrel Gatling gun as his weapon and a pistol as his 2ndary weapon he uses his massive gun as a close encounter weapon as well. His 2 ability's are both fire ability's the first one is what looks like him setting him self on fire sort of like a fire shield if a enemy comes near you while you have that on they are toast the 2nd one is what looks like a fire serpent looking thing comes out and acts like a homing fire ball sort of thing.
Now to get in to the details of the demo.
You start in an underground sewer underneath a cathedral i think it was. You see 2 different creatures in the demo

The skeleton looking creatures in the 1st picture had 3 types from what i could tell one wielded an axe and a shield
Another wielded a crossbow with flaming arrows another wielded a nail gun sort of thing can be a pest. The 2nd creature in the 2nd picture is quite fast and from what i could tell can hit you quickly as well.
The graphics are amazing and honestly do look as good as the pictures which is surprising because usually the pictures seem to always look a little better than in game.
The animations are good as well a little stiff with the characters but they make that up with highly detailed models the creatures on the other hand have got quite good animations if i don’t say so myself.
The sound is good very well done music and it suits the game as well the creature sounds weren't all that creepy but hay there’s only 2 different creatures in the demo hopefully we will see some creepy ones later. The other sounds effects like fire and rubble and all that they have good sound effects so do the guns and the squad members.
The lighting is excellent in this and the shadowing is really impressive as well. The blood actually looks like real blood in the fact that light reflects off of it like real blood would have so im impressed by the blood effects as well.
It also seems you will have parts in the game that will require you to press a select few buttons to get further example in the demo you have to go down in to this hole so first you press Y then X then B once your in the well you press X again and B again then Y like 4 or 5 times before to go down the camera looks up and one of those skeleton things is looking down and jumps down you press A like 4 or 5 times then you press Y quickly then you go down and press a few more buttons to get the creature off (i don’t know the button pattern for this in fact don’t take my word with this because i am only guessing on the order you had to press the buttons).
The Camera angle is really good and moves smoothly with the character which is good so you won't have any of those (Stupid ******* camera) moments well at least i didn't.
The body's don’t stay either but luckily they didn't make the body's just disappear in to thin air a swarm of black fly’s cover the body and lift it up and dissolve it i thort this was a much better way of doing this than having body's disappear in to thin air.
To continue on you will need to switch characters each of there ability's will help you continue on in the game also switching characters is easy you just put the cursor on the character and press A to switch also if you hold A you got a choice of which character to be or if you want to heal them.
The game is gory as well so if you don't like gore i suggest you stay away from this game.
I loved this game as you can see and i can't wait to get me a copy of it
