Code Geass Discussion

Well I watched the first episode, and it hasn't quite hooked me yet. But I'm going to watch more, since one episode is not enough to judge it by. ^_^

Yea, this is one of those where you have to watch a few episodes to get hooked. TBH, I wasn't hooked till the 4th episode.

First episode was enough for me to love it. :D I'm in love with Lelouch. XD!!
 
Why does Shirley have a lisp?!?! UGH, that is gunna destroy some of the more dramatic parts of the first season with her. Especially in the twelve epsiode..... JYB is still not good enough for the role of Lelouch. If only he had a more darker voice.
 
Everyone needs to just skip the english dubbing of this show so I can talk about the second season. The latest episode was such a "WTF OMFG are you kidding me" moment at the end. That's what I love with this show in almost if not all episodes at the end it ends the episode with a moment that makes you salivating for more.

Agreed.

Had Lelouch ever driven the Knightmare before Episode 2? He seemed to know what he was doing. :lol
 
That's a good question. But, since he was the heir to the throne to Britannia he could've had some sort of training in Knightmares before being exiled to Japan.

True. But from listening to his vocabulary, it seems like he spent his time learning. He was a smart kid! XD

Yeah but I couldn't help but point out that young Lelouch was so smart. I wonder why his mother was killed though. I know she wasn't in royalty but I'm not sure that's the main reason she was killed.
 
MAJOR SPOILER Do not read unless you have seen the 24 episode of Code Geass R1::

She actually was the one that planned the shooting. C.C. was actually in the palace when Lelouch was still in the empire, hence why she and Lelouch recognized the garden at the stronghold where Lelouch interrogated Cornelia before going to go get Nunnally from V.V. the kidnapper.

I managed to resist this time. :lol

Who makes up the English cast? I guess I could look it up on IMDB, but I'm too lazy, and I'm sure you know probably without checking. :D

Nunnally - Rebecca Forstadt

Those be the 5 main characters.

I don't think he'll be able to do Lelouch right also imho. :-\ Lelouch is a dramatic character.

Not sure if saying Zero = Lelouch is a spoiler but still....anyways, Johnny can't replicate the dramatic parts for him like I'd like him to...
