Hi All!

Congrats to Mr.Obama! Becoming your new president of the United States.

I urge you, protect your new president,he's going to need all of you someday.

God Bless,
MR.KAZ

He has four years to prove himself.

Can't say I wanted him for president. And I can't say I am dissapointed either.

Once Obama got PA, Ohio, and New Mexico it was over. Now what am I to do now? There won't be the entertainment that there was when the campaigns were going on now...

EDIT: He best not touch my net neutrality as well!!! >:(

I'm with Dart. Well, the first part of what Dart said. :D

Obama's in, now he's got to prove he deserves to be there. If I had the option to, I would have voted for him, but that doesn't mean I believe everything he says. The next four years will either make him out to be the greatest liar in the world, or one of the best presidents the US has ever had. Clock's ticking.

I cant wait to see what President-Elect Obama and Vice-President Elect Biden will say in the coming days.

I envisioned a Red America, however it seems the blue came out.
At least my Senator made it to office.

You do know he supports net neutrality, right? One of the reasons why I voted for him.

And overall I agree with Dart on his first part of the sentence. This next president, regardless of who it was, is inheriting a lot of crap and I feel Obama was the person that actually instilled the will to make a change. It might not be Obama who completely changes everything but it just might be the people who do. He has given a lot of people a sense of accomplishment. I keep hearing how people are glad that their vote counted and that the person they voted for won. I feel that it took Obama to win in order for more people in this country to actually care about the country. All I can say is that this is a positive learning experience for everyone.

Obviously, this Country needed a big change from the last 8 years, so I just hope Obama is the right change!

I can't say I'm happy about him being elected, nor can I say I would have been happy with McCain being elected. I'm sure he will do a lot of things right. Let's hope they aren't outweighed by his mistakes.

What is CHANGE!?

Bingo. I am interested on what this "change" is going to be. If it is rhetoric, he will last four years. If it is genuine, he'll have a lasting impact that will influence generations to come.

Being as I live in the South, I will tell you that it has polarized the community a bit. But not to a sickening degree. A lot of radio stations today were saying some very offensive things in their support of Obama. Things that even would upset the President-Elect.

In my opinion, whether win or lose, once the vote is settled, it becomes the time to gather in support of our new leader. It's not an issue of race. It is an issue of getting our nation back on track, and repairing the damage to our collective reputation that the current administration has caused.

I kinda thought it would be funny to see Palin in office... just to see what she would do... :p

I definitely wouldn't kick that woman out of bed for eating crackers! :D

I feel excited to be an american right now, don't you? ::D

I'm proud that we have gotten to a level a unity to elect a non-Caucasian president but, I feel a bit of sickness for the other things that have gone on in this country.

Agreed. *looks at Prop 8*

There's still quite a ways to go.
