DAVID COOK FTW

I loved the Jonas Brothers performance, just throwing that out there.

I wanted Syesha Mercado to win (she was 3rd).

But regardless, I loved seeing my series favorites sing, David Hernandez, Brooke White, Carly Smithson, Syesha, and Kristy Lee Cook. I really though David A. was going to win but needless to say he was crushed by those 12 millions votes for David Cook.

Oh well Cook is a good choice, he did have a great second song last night and did the Winning songwriters contest Song amazingly well. He is great!

Wow, and I thought I was the only person here that watches it.

Cook and Michael Johns were my 2 favorite from this season. Archuletta was still a good singer, just not my type.

AND O.M.GEE. The dude coming out and singing the Brother song was the best thing EVER. :lol
 
I figured they were going to bring him back, everyone loved him so much.

I didnt think they needed Archueleta to really do a Guitar Hero Commercial lol.

ok...well first off its basically the same commercial..but..theyre both wearing the same clothes...and theyre in there boxors...creepy
 
Yes, believe it or not, Hines is a huge American Idol fan. David Cook is my favorite kind of singer, rock. The contest is for someone who you would hear on the radio or see on MTV, not on the Disney Channel, like Archuleta.
 
But David Cook is so not all the rave. Well he may be a versatile singer, but I think the females were better, and a few of the guys that were eliminated earlier, ie (Danny Noriega and David Hernandez)
 
Danny was my favorite, I voted for both him and Kristy early on.

Syesha was the one I wanted to win. Carly Smithson, I did get her "Come Together" my favorite song by her. I hope she does release music someday.
 
I must be the only person in the world who doesn't watch American Idol. I watched through about season three, then found it somewhat repetitive from then on. There's only so many times you can see someone make an *** of themselves on national television before it gets old.
 
I watched seasons two and three for the auditions. Now it's just lame.


That guy in Houston singing the Jigglypuff song was pretty awesome, though. Few seasons back.
 
I hope they actually cut the audition episodes to only 4 for the next season, it will be better to go ahead and get a start on the actual hollywood tryouts and such as those are more intense and action packed. Though more screen time with Americas favorite judges and the all good Ryan Seacrest would be much appreciated.

And if they increase diversity of the contestants
 
Do you even know how much lower the ratings become after auditions? Every year, the gap between auditions and finals is getting bigger.
