Deathnote is it any good?

Im still yet to finish getting the dvds for death note but as much as i have seen of it, its a good series. One thing i would say thought that the manga version of it is much better than the anime

No problem. I'm on the 30th episode right now. Alot of plot twists have happened lately. I love how intellectual this series is. Some really smart people made this and thought of the overall plot.

It sounds great it also explains why the people knew who were into anime said it was terrible if anime doesn't certain around ninjas, cheap sexist joke or a DBZ style brawl they aren't into it. Which is also is the reason I don't hang around with them anymore they think my stuff is boring and I question whether they have suffered brain damage.

Though after the first arc it got ridiculous.

indeed... it didn't follow the manga that much and it felt way too fast paced for its own good.
