Do All "Media Players" Have This Option?

Hi Everybody! (Look!! I used the correct category this time!Where's my prize?!) :lol

I notice on some sites that the videos are zoomed in like a small square in the middle surrounded in black,for a clearer picture I guess.Is there an option for a any media players with that feature?I'm currently using "Windows 11"for "Vista",if that's any help.

While the video is playing, you can right-click it, expand the Video option, check the top two boxes, and select 50% or 100% for automatic sizes or just resize the Media Player window to shrink it down.
