Do you Consider Yourself To Be A "Picky" Person When Buying Games?

I'm very picky when it comes to "RPG'S".
If I'm looking at the price of the newer games,still a little picky.Used games,not so much.

I'm only picky if the game is suppose be brand new and sealed.

Price of new games effects me sometimes, it's painful to pay $64.95 after tax for certain games. Only time I never mind it, is if it's something I'm really after.
 
Yeah, I won't buy a game if it doesn't have the manual and the boxart. Unless it's a used GBA game

and only rarely will I buy a game without the manual

Other than that I don't think I'm too picky. I usually look up some things about whatever game I plan on buying.
 
I'm not really picky. I am an impulse buyer. I'll sometimes buy 10-20 games a month and then go for like six months without buying a single game.
 
Not really, I first rent the game and if I like it, I buy it. But if I almost beat it, then I wait another week to rent it again.
 
I do not think that I am picky. If I see a game I want I buy it on Day 1.

I used to have an aversion from certain genres but I think I expanded a bit based on a games production values and storys since buying a PS3. I think I am most choiciest over my RPGs though, bad battle system equals no purchase
 
I can be finicky at times. I don't want to buy games that cost too much, so I tend to sort through pre-owned and for those with price cuts. But even then, I hate getting a game, hearing about how awesome it may have been, and finding it's done and dusted in 4 hours or so. I also prefer games that have multilayer. The more slots, the better.
 
These days, yes. I never impulse buy anymore. I even go on youtube to watch those "Let's play" of a game just to see if it looks like my cup of tea.

The only expection I'll make is if it's a new first party Nintendo game. I know that sounds fanboyish, but I usually trust Mario, Link and co to deliver the goods.
 
I'm not picky I will buy games without the orginal case or the manual. As far as how much research I do on a game depends on how much the game cost some use stuff I have been buying recently is under 10 bucks for PS2 so I have been going pretty much on impulse on that 30-40 buck I usualy do some looking into.
