For me,no.
I'm afraid something might happen to my "PS3" accidentally if I let friends use it.Even though they're friends, you would probably never see the money for it,plus I can't afford another one.

God Bless,
Kaz

I let my uncle borrow my N64 when I had it cause I knew I could trust him; also, if something happened to it I knew he could pay for a replacement. NO ONE is borrowing my PS3 though, TOO MUCH payment for it to let it leave the compound.

Amen. :lol

I let a friend borrow goldeneye for n64 that was completely beaten. 007 mode and all. Never saw it again, said his house got broken into and it got stolen

I'm rebuilding my 360 library from scratch since one of my friend's druggie brothers sold all 12 of the games I loaned him for drugs.

What did you do about it?

all the time, but i usually trade just so i can keep something in case they do something to my game/console.... HOWEVER and i really hate to sound sexist here..... i will NEVER EVER lend a game to a woman >_> (unless she is a hardcore gamer like the girls on this site), this is my history with women and lending games.

1. lent my little sister pokemon red and she lost it >_>
2. lent one of my ex's friends my copy of okami and she didn't return it until 6 months later....and she never even got to the first boss......
3. lent one of my friends fire emblem sacred stones and she erased my file
4. LENT ONE OF MY FRIENDS MY TALES OF SYMPHONIA AND SHE LOST DISC 1................DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH THAT HURT ME. (she eventually bought it again but nagged at me she had to ride for 1 hour just to find a copy of it....and imo she deserves it for losing such a valuable game)

funny things i have never had a negative experience with male gamers even though sometimes i thought they were highly irresponsible.

PS- my childhood friend Kairu is another exception because she is also a hardcore gamer XD

Nope, I won't do it. My friends don't really have a sense of awareness when it comes to taking care of games.

You should loan them your console and games with a $200 nonrefundable deposit. :D

Before I had a no lend policy. But I've loosened it up a bit with only a certain few who I know have the money to repay if anything were to happen. I also keep track of it all with a small Excel Spreadsheet that tracks who I lent it to and when.
