Does anyone belong to a gaming clan?

Hey there,

i was just wondering if i am the only gamer that belongs to a gaming clan on here? if you do, what is the name of the clan? if not, wanna join mine?
 
Im in a CSS clan, used to be in a TF2 clan, but they dropped their server in March and I left after that. :P

well if you ever feel like coming to my clan you have an open invitation. we have 180+ active members :)
 
I've never been part of a gaming clan before... In fact I don't even know what they are all about... If you care to explain I may join your clan

a gaming clan is a group of gamers that get together online and play games together such as CSS, WOW, and SC2 and whatnot. the clan i am in has servers for certain games and also, for the WOW division, they have a guild. you never meet people in person unless you know someone or invite a friend to join. there are a few members in my area but have never met them. you create a desired clan name and then log in to the site every 2-5 days to stay active. also, it is encouraged that you become active on the forums we have. once you join the clan and register on the clan's forum, there is a section in the forum called greeting grounds. there you post a little intro about you and what you play. my best advice, is to read several of other peoples intros to see what you might want or not wan to include about yourself.

also, if you have a mic/headset, we have a server on ventrilo (an online chat service) and chat with other clan members. you never see their face but you can hear their voice!!!

I joined my CSS clan just because I like making new friends, and there is almost always someone on the server. So I can go play with someone I know whenever I want.
Same reason I come to EGA. Only more in-game centered.
 
I'm a member of a Battlefield 2 clan. 281 Gaming. :D

They're awesome. I've looked at the AH clan before. They look nice as well. I might consider it sometime. ^^
 
I've been on a competitive team before, for TF2. We played in scrims and CAL/CEVO, had our own private server, and even had a web site.

Sadly the team went under in 6 months. Lack of effort on everyone's end; it's a shame, too, because we were pretty good.
