Does Mr.Obama And His Family Get Any Leisure Time At All?

Hi Addicts!

This question might sound dumb,but I'm a huge Rookie when it comes to politics.Does Mr.Obama or any of the previous presidents have any leisure time at all?It's understandable why he and his family can't go to "Wendy's" to enjoy an afternoon lunch,but his children can't go out on the front lawn to play like other kids,so how does this family have any leisure time?
