EA Sports creates zombies. Here's why.

I have a feeling that won't be a problem. As long as EA has secured rights to both the Players Association and the NFL, then there most likely still be a game. EA will still add new functionality and such to the game, the only thing that probably won't get updated is the roster.

Or maybe, this might be the year that it only gets a patch?

I think there is a good chance they would just go with an update patch if this ever happens since alot of times from what I seen the biggest change from year to year is the roster that would have to have some pretty serious upgrades in functionality otherwise it probably tank as far as sales go without a new roster. Of course this assumes that NFL strike occurs and last long enough that the season is ruined given the money both players and owners would lose I think the odds of it occurring are low but there is some talk.

I hope he doesn't get hurt, but only because I don't wish for athletes to get hurt. With that said, I didn't want him to come back. I wanted Tavaris Jackson to start, but it seems like the organization really wanted him back. All I can hope for is a win regardless.

Haha well, I wasn't really hoping for him to get hurt (I hope the sarcasm was evident), I am glad my Saints took care of business. However, it was a pretty mellow game. I was expecting more of a shoot-out like the NFC Championship game.
