FFXII review in PSM

Just read the review for Final Fantasy 12 in PSM and the game seems like it'll be good. Some problems they said, but not with the battle system(SURPRISE!!!!) Has anyone else read the review, yet?
 
No. But I'm really not looking forward to this at all.

Give me Disgaea 2 maybe..
 
Why not...I can't wait for this freaking game-it certainly won't be FFVII or VIII, but it'll take up my time waiting for God of War 2 in February. Maybe I just have patience with things that you don't....

Patience? What did my post have to do with patience?

My "lack of patience" here is that I played it at E3 2005, I played the demo with DQ VIII... and .. wa la ! Suck!

So, I'm waiting for other games I may be more interested in - like Disgaea 2.

I seriously doubt they changed the core concept of the game. A real time, MMO styled battle system.
 
Well i'm always up for trying something new, and if it says Final Fantasy on it, im gonna play it.

I'll likely play it.. but my interest is very low.

I'd much, MUCH rather have Chrono Break. Jesus christ Square. Give it.

I'd prefer if it was more in style of Cross and not Trigger, though..
 
I had Chrono cross once, it was confusing to me cuz i was like 8 at the time. dont know where it is now....?
 
If the name has Final Fantasy on it, I'll play it....except for X-2. Oh yeah, I'm getting Scarface on the 8th of October, so if FFXII doesn't suit my interest, I'll have some good, old violence. :D

This would be an amazing reply if I didn't talk about how I want a Chrono game in the same thread. Read the whole thread before posting. It'll help!

Not sure where you are getting Square hate from.  I like Square... most other people respect the company. 

There comes a time in a company's life that they get hate.  Sony is going to get it.  Nintendo got it.  Atari got it... and it might be coming around for Squeenix.  Heck... even Capcom has been getting it.

In part... it comes from messing with the memories of people.  Yeah... it shouldn't matter, right?  Well... it does.  Fans don't like their memories messed with.  In the same way that Bon Jovi got ripped a bit for doing the acoustic versions for some of their older songs.  A fan said it point blank... "Don't mess with our memories."

Personally, I feel it's time for Sony to get a little bashing from everyone. Hey... we had to put up with everyone hating on Nintendo... and I mean EVERYONE.

Square is cool. Sony is okay (not a huge fan, but I own the PS1 and PS2, and most of my games are for these two systems). So I'm not sure why you'd say that this site is hate mongering towards Sony.

And when the hell is someone going to take GOODY GOODY out of my title?

Post more. I doubt you can throw some respect into those posts, but post more and the title will go away.
 
I love Sony... as of now. Pretty skeptical of the PS3

but no hate here... everyone has their own opinions and preferences

But you planning on getting Final Fantasy XII, Dart?
 
I feel there is an equal balance... I'm a Sony man and i really don't mind, i like to see other people's point of views
