Final Fantasy VII (PS1) released on PSN & Metal Gear Solid (PS1) on JUNE 18th!

Well folks, it finally happened, FFVII is coming to the American PSN, for PS3 and PSP.

That's the link to the story on Kotaku about it. It looks like the US is getting the PS classics on the PSN after all, since we already have Resident Evil: Director's Cut and Metal Gear Solid on it's way.

Aww what a bad time NOT to have a PS3 or a PSP looks like I wont be playing this. for a very long time if ever

The only reason I'd get this is for my PSP. I just hope it doesn't take up too much space, if it does, I'll just clean out the music I got on it.

I just picked this up last night. Perfect. Just the way I remember it. :)

I want to get it but the graphics look subpar, lol. Im excited for the Metal Gear Solid 1 coming.
Ill get FFVII with my GO though, since Im not forking out money to buy a new memory stick for my PSP
 
So will any of the other Metal Gear Solids make it to the PSP? I dont know the series history behind MGS, but if Disgaea, a PS2 series was able to come to the PSP, then certainly PS2 MGS titles could come to oit?

I don't think Kojima Productions would do that. The only remake of any MGS besides the rereleases of MGS2 and MGS3 was the remake of MGS, MGS: Twin Snakes for the Gamecube

hehe yep i just noticed that this morning when i went to have a look for something, tho the only reason i would download it is if i decided to want to play it on my psp, as i still have the original ps1 version of it and that plays on my ps3 anyway

Can't you use the remote connection with the PSP on your PS3 to play it on your PSP anyway as long as FFVII is in your PS3

hmmm good point i didn't think of that, never really tired to do that so not sure if it would work might have to give it ago
