Final Fight: StreetWise

Now I know you guys have played the previous Final Fight games back on Sega Genesis or maybe in the arcade? This is a classic beat'em up game, everyone should know this game! Cody, Hagger, and Guy were the main characters to choose from. Well it seems that Capcom is going to release another Final Fight game, the good 'ol beat'em up style.

the only early Final Fight game that was on a Sega system, was Sega CD "Final Fight CD"...Genesis never had one....Final Fight series (1-2-3 and Guy) was mostly on SNES.....and then MIGHTY Final Fight on NES...then lastly...Final Fight Revenge on JPN Saturn.

Sadly, this game doesn't live up to the hype that the originals had...you play as the younger brother of Cody :( None of the original characters have been discussed yet..

Don't forget the Sharpe X68000 release of Final Fight and Final Fight One for GameBoy Advance.
 
Oh you can never forget about the Sharp X68K verison, one of the best out there :) As well as the GBA verison
 
We all know for sure that it aint gon be as fun as Final Fight 3 with the classic 2D graphics. That game was sooooo fun. Capcom Rules. Streetwise will be crazy by the looks of it. The graphics look clean and looks like a classic beat em up. It should be good. My parents might get it for me by Christmas.
 
Grr..who all remember "Streets of Rage?" That's another good side scrolling beat'em up game! I had that game on Sega Genesis and played it death. :lol

Well I hope that this new Final Fight is at least good enough to actually want to finish the game. I think they should of just kept it at 2D graphics and just make it look really good, the artwork, etc. instead of going 3D. :-\

Edit: I dont know though I just looked at the screens again and it looks really good! :D
Grr..we have to wait 'till the Q4 2005 for a release, that's a long time! *doesn't want to wait*

Well, don't bother with it then. Especially since Capcom are releasing a classic compilation on the PS2 which will inlcude an arcade port of the original Final Fight along with arcade versions of MERCs, Forgotten Worlds (analog stick compatible), 1942, 1943 and a whole slew of others (most of which had already appeared in the prior Capcom collection discs for the PSOne and Saturn).

Why not? Its a totally new game of Final Fight, I might just give a try though. I hope they dont cancel the game. :-\
