Is anyone having problems with certain levels on Live?

On my cousin's 360, he cannot play Backwash (the swamp level). Simply put, whenever you go towards the center base, it would freeze and you'd have to restart the console. I was just wondering if anybody has had problems like this or have heard of this because I can't find anything anywhere... :-\
 
We get layover on it too.

Layover = We're playing another level and backwash or some other level starts slowly fading in. Eventually it takes up the entire screen.

Fix: Jump off the edge of the stage.
