From under the carpet...dirt EXPOSED!

I've honestly always been highly skeptical about the charges against Michael. So it wouldn't surprise me if this was legit.

Seriously. According to the Smoking Gun, Michael had made "hush" contracts with other families to keep them from talking. It's going to be hard to figure out what's real and what's not.
 
I find it difficult to lend any credibility to a site that has so many spelling and grammar errors. Then again, the whole thing was media controversy. As was already said, it's hard to know what to believe.

But then again, should we even care? So many problems occur with child abuse, molestation, etc. Unless there is a celebrity involved, people tend to not think about it.

That being said, if it was settled out of court, M.J. was never found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. In the U.S., that means that he is innocent (since not proven guilty) in the eyes of the law.

Chances are whether the original story was true or false, the kid is trying to garner his last bit of fame.

I actually clicked on the link just now. It's just some guys blog. It doesn't cite where or when he got his info. Why should I believe this dude?
